Got a Problem?

We want our customers to be happy, and keep returning for some BakeryBoxx goodness! So if you are unfortunate to have any problems with our products or service, then please contact us , explaining what is wrong in full.

Change of Mind

Due to our products being especially made for you we cannot accept returns for change of mind, under any circumstances.

Refunds

As our products are made bespoke, we do not generally refund orders. In the highly unlikely event that you have find a problem with a BakeryBoxx product we would ask you to retain the product so you can produce it when requested by BakeryBoxx. This allows us to perform product testing and ascertain if anything went wrong. If you cannot produce the product(s) on request, this may effect the way any issues can be resolved or refunds processed.
